Mentor Program

The Mt. Hood Repertory Theatre Mentorship Program provides hands-on learning experiences for emerging creatives through direct participation in live theatre productions. Participants work alongside experienced professionals in areas such as acting, stage management, lighting, sound, design, construction, and production.

Rather than operating as a traditional classroom or cohort program, mentorships are built around active productions. This project-based model allows participants to explore creative disciplines in a real-world environment, build practical skills, and contribute meaningfully to the production process.
