Show Summary: “Jane Austen’s Persuasion follows Anne Elliot, a woman who broke off her engagement to Captain Frederick Wentworth eight years prior due to familial and social pressure. When Wentworth returns as a wealthy naval officer, Anne must navigate lingering regrets, societal class expectations, and a second chance at true love.”
